Kingsdown Holiday Homes is an 'Owners Direct Website', offering a large selection of privately owned holiday chalets in Kingsdown Holiday Park and a period cottage in Kingsdown village near Deal in Kent, all minutes from the beach, directly from each individual owner.
Kingsdown Park is a unique and charming family friendly holiday park perched on the world famous White Cliffs of Dover, towards Deal in Kent. There is a range of facilities on site including a newly renovated swimming pool, tennis court, table tennis, children’s playground, a volley ball pitch and crazy golf.
The village itself offers three pubs which all serve food, a butcher/deli, village shop/post office and a hair dressers.

COVID-19 UPDATE
Update: Following the Prime Minister’s latest announcement on Feb 22nd 2021, we hope that the park will be open for holiday bookings from April 12th at the earliest. Only bookings for people travelling away from home to work and people in between accommodation, and any others that meet the government's criteria will be considered before this date.

Please make your bookings with the security that should they not be possible due to continued lock down at either Kingsdown Park or your home area, you will receive a full refund. See our COVID-19 statement above. The park will now not reopen for self catering holidays until April 12th 2021 at the earliest.
SWIMMING POOL –Please note we have been informed by the Park Management that the pool will not be opening on April 12th. This is out of our control and we will let you know as soon as this changes.We accept no responsibility for closure of the pool for any duration, due to circumstances beyond our control, such as government decisions or management decisions which cause said closure. No refunds will be issued for any closures.
Channel Swimmers

Kingsdown and Walmer Golf Club neighbour the Holiday Park and Sandwich links courses of Cinque Ports, Princes, and the Open Championship course at Royal St George a short drive up the coast, Kingsdown is the perfect place to base yourself for a fix on the green
