The interior accommodation consists of:-
The living area seats 6 – 7 with an L shaped leather sofa, 2 seater leather sofa and additional tub chair. A modern electric feature fireplace , side tables and a flat screen TV with dvd player. Cushions and seaside theme décor give it a holiday feel and benefits from open views across the lawns and out to sea . A good position for families with children with level lawn space outside to play and an easy walk from the parking and communal areas.
Large double glazed French doors lead out onto the sheltered front veranda.
Leading from the lounge is a fully equipped kitchen, complete with integral oven, hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment. It is well equipped making it easy to fully self cater.
To the rear of the kitchen is a separate dining room, with table and seating for 6 people, which then leads to the lovely rear enclosed deck, which has sunshine all day long, new furniture and umbrella.
From the hall on the other side of the lounge is the family bathroom, complete with full size bath and power shower over. WC and wash hand basin.
At the end of the hall is found a bedroom with zip and link beds making this either a king size bed or twin beds at your request. Bedside table with lamp and hanging storage.
The staircase leading from the lounge to the first floor is quite steep and not suitable for persons with certain restricted mobility. A stairgate is provided at the top for safety.
Off the first floor landing can be found the master bedroom with double bed, double full height wardrobe, storage cupboards and bedside cabinets with lamps. There is also a flat screen TV.
From the other side of the small landing there is a twin bedroom consists of 2 full sized single beds, with chest of drawers in between, beside lamps and hanging rail.
Both bedrooms have feature triangular double glazed windows and are eaves style. Both bedrooms have space for an additional travel cot that can be arranged in advance.
Between the 2 upstairs bedrooms is a cloakroom with WC and wash hand basin.
To the front of the chalet is an area of covered decking which is useful for storing bikes or scooters. This catches the morning sun, is sheltered and a good place for your first coffee of the day!
The rear deck is fully enclosed and private and benefits from sunshine from mid morning onwards. There is a new glass table, 6 comfortable chairs plus umbrella, and additional casual chairs.
This is an extremely well appointed and positioned chalet, only 2 minutes’ walk from the car park and communal arreas.
NO PETS are allowed on the site except for guide dogs with a harness and paperwork.
NO NAKED FLAMES, SMOKING of CIGARETTES or VAPES are permitted in the chalet due to the fire risk and insurance regulations.
FREE WI-FI and electricity is included.
