Deluxe Chalet 25 is a three-bedroom chalet in a prime clifftop position, with all-day sunshine and fantastic panoramic views over Kingsdown Beach and the English Channel.

The chalet is simple but comfortable – the location and views are what make it special. Enjoy your morning coffee watching the waves from the rear deck and enjoy an evening drink watching the sun disappear over the park. Renovated in 2026, the chalet has a reconfigured staircase, making access easier for adults and children.

  • Electricity is supplied via a £1 coin meter - the cost is set by the supplier and varies so please bring a supply with you.
  • Bed linen and towels are now provided for all bookings made with Kingsdown Holiday Homes (not including cot bedding). Please bring your own towels for the beach.
  • No pets are allowed on site, this includes the car park and public areas. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for further information.
  • No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the chalet. There is a designated smoking area by reception.
  • A £200 security deposit is required for booking, please refer to the Terms and Conditions for more information.
  • Enjoy free access to the heated indoor swimming pool, and other site facilities, please refer to the Holiday Park Information for more details!

A note from the owners

We stayed in the chalet for three months before renovating it and loved using the swimming pool, walking down to the Zetland Arms for a pint and chips, or along the cliffs on a summer’s day. The chalet itself is relatively basic, but the views and position within the park are hard to beat. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy the beach and surrounding areas with family and friends! - George and Grace
