Deluxe Chalet 17 is our founder chalet with exceptional views across the English Channel to France from two bedrooms, the kitchen, dining room and large well appointed rear decking.
This airy spacious chalet sleeps 6 in three bedrooms, with a well furnished rear decking to enjoy al-fresco dining or watching the lights of Calais over evening drinks. For rainy days, the chalet offers three smart TVs with streaming services, ideal for keeping children and teenagers entertained!

Policies
- Electricity is supplied via a £1 coin meter - the cost is set by the supplier and varies so please bring a supply with you.
- Bed linen and towels are now provided for all bookings made with Kingsdown Holiday Homes (not including cot bedding). Please bring your own towels for the beach.
- No pets are allowed on site, this includes the car park and public areas. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for further information.
- No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the chalet. There is a designated smoking area by reception.
