Entering into the lodge from the front decking through the French doors, you are transported into a beautiful light and airy lounge, with a ceramic tiled floor. The underfloor heating ensures a warm and cosy feeling, whist you relax, looking out across the beautifully landscaped park. Please read the booking policies below before booking.

- Electricity is supplied via a £1 coin meter - the cost is set by the supplier and varies so please bring a supply with you.
- Bed linen and towels are now provided for all bookings made with Kingsdown Holiday Homes (not including cot bedding). Please bring your own towels for the beach.
- No pets are allowed on site, this includes the car park and public areas. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for further information.
- No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the chalet. There is a designated smoking area by reception.
- A £200 security deposit is required for booking, please refer to the Terms and Conditions for more information.

- As all chalets are privately owned, it is not generally possible to move your booking to a different chalet after you have completed your booking. Please check all amenities and the position in the park (see map here) and ensure you are happy before proceeding.
