Covid-19 Kingsdown park has been opened for bookings since July 4th 2020 Please be assured that the highest standards of cleaning are applied in between each booking, with full sanitisation of all surfaces and contact points using a recommended cleaning product after each clean. We also offer a Fogging service on most properties as an optional extra which totally fumigates the property from head to toe with a recommended cleansing agent as used in hospitals, this is then left for an hour to dry. We want people to be able to book their holiday in the security that they will not lose their holiday due to Covid-19. So In the event that it is not possible to take a holiday because of any government lockdown or travel restrictions due to Covid-19, from any country's government which means that the party is not allowed to travel or the park is closed, directly affecting the booking, an alternative holiday will be offered up to the value of the amount already paid, to be taken on future dates of the guest's choosing, but not more than 12 months in the future from the start of the original holiday. If this is not possible, a refund may be issued for holidays booked after May 12th 2020. If you are unable to take your holiday because a member of your party has Covid-19 irrespective of the booking date, we will offer a deferrment of the holiday, but no refunds will be given. We strongly recommend that you take out holiday cancellation insurance. PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THE PARK IF ANY OF YOUR PARTY HAVE THE CORONA VIRUS OR ARE DISPLAYING SYMPTOMS OF IT. THIS IS GOVERNMENT LEGISLATION. We recommend that you continue to wash or gel your hands regularly and clean contact points in the chalets every day.
